This repository contains the Simple Monte Carlo software used in the paper "Modeling Temperature dependent Avalanche Characteristics of InP".

This software is an upgraded version of the previously Simple Monte Carlo Simulator (DOI: 10.15131/shef.data.5683939, 10.5334/jors.212).
