This data set accompanies the open access article, "Do Specific Types of Sleep Disturbances Represent Risk Factors for Poorer Health Related Quality of Life in Inflammatory Bowel Disease? A longitudinal Cohort Study", published in the British Journal of Health Psychology (DOI:10.1111/bjhp.12457).
