COVID-19 Local Authority Death and Case Plots

An interactive web application allowing users to explore publicly available data at Local Authority (Lower Tier) level on:

a) mortality in 2020 compared to the 2015-19 average by cause and place of death (for England, Wales & Scotland)
b) confirmed COVID-19 cases (for England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland)

The R code for the app is contained in the server.R and ui.R files and the code which generates the data files in the folder is in UnderlyingCode.R
