Wilson, Mackenzie EnglundStalefish is a software tool for the analysis of 2D brain slice images, allowing the neurobiologist to reconstruct three dimensional gene expression surfaces from ISH (or other histological) slices. The 3D surfaces can then be digitally unwrapped to make 2D expression maps.
