DESCRIPTION OF DATA IN COMPRESSED FOLDER: The dataset is divided in two main groups: idealized geometry (folder idealized) and patient specific (folder patientSpecific). The 'idealized' folder is subdivided into two subfolders, one for the symmetric and one for the asymmetric geometry. In each case, there are 3 folders inside: 1) 'geometry' folder contains the stl file of the geometry of the vessel 2) 'CFD' folder contains files for CFD analysis and results 3) 'ultrasound' contains ultrasound PD data from the experiment. The 'patientSpecific' folder contains data from 6 patients considered in this study. In each case, there are 4 folders inside: 1) 'geometry' folder contains the stl file of the geometry of the vessel 2) 'CFD' folder contains files for CFD analysis and results 3) 'modelGeometryAssessment' has the stl files used to quantify model accuracy against the target geometry 4) 'printer' contains the stl files used to print the models. Patient 5 and 6 also contains an 'ultrasound' folder with ultrasound PD data from the experiment.
