Multilife Testing Bearing: 7 longitudinal & 7 shear lubricant: 460WT grease with 1/3rd fill Date: 15/03/2021 Acquisition Software: FMS 1.3.15 Active Channels: 7 Sensors: 7 longitudinal 10 MHz, 1 shear 5MHz Ch1 - Ch8 Range: 9 Ch1 - Ch8 Pulse Width: 7 Ch1 - Ch7 Delay: 690, chn8: 1242 Ch1 - Ch7 Filter: 6 Pulse Voltage: 100 Pulse Rate: 72306 Capture Time: Interval of 5 seconds on 25 seconds off for 30 minute peridos Test notes/comments: ramp up :20rpm, 400kN, 40 rpm, 60 rpm, 80 rpm first capture at stationary bearing Test conditions after 10 mins sun on and off hall effect sensor varying from 75 - 85rpm aware of high pitch squeel noise around 1hr 50, could have been happening the whole time capture times C1 = 00:00:00 - 00:03:01 - rig cut out C2 = 00:00:00 - 00:01:48 - rig cut out C3 = 00:00:00 - 00:03:00 - rig cut out C4 = 00:00:00 - 00:04:05 - rig cut out C5 = 00:00:00 - 00:03:45 - rig cut out c6 = fail c7 = fail c8 = fail c9 = fail C10 = 00:00:00 - 00:29:35 d C11 = 00:30:00 - 00:59:35 d c12 = 01:00:00 - 01:29:35 d c13 = 01:30:00 - 02:01:01 d approx between 13 and 14 there was a mix up. I changed the name before pauisng saving. I then paused saving, changed the name to 15, and continued with the test c15 = 02:00:26 - 02:29:25 d c16 = 02:30:00 - 02:59:35 d c17 = 03:00:00 - 03:29:35 d disregard first capture, accidentaly paused it in <1sec c18 = 03:30:00 - 03:44:35 d stabalised x minutes of data taken in total The first 9 tests the rig cut out and so the test had to be repeated. The first succesful test was Capture 11. This has be renamed so that it is usable in the matalb script. However, the following is noted for consistency with the entire test programme: A mistake on manually pressing the capture button also meant that 14 is very short and so dicarded, but can be found in the failed tests folder if needed. Succesful capture: Capture 1 = Capture 10 Capture 2 = Capture 11 Capture 3 = Capture 12 Capture 4 = Capture 13 Capture 5 = Capture 15 Capture 6 = Capture 16 Capture 7 = Capture 17 Capture 8 = Capture 18
