It contains data for each figure in the paper (where labelled) and to support supplementary claims in the text. The data are all produced by simulation in CST Microwave Studio, and represent various design processes and final results in the proposal of an antenna using Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSS) to produce phase modulation at the antenna.
